How to delete or remove content from your AskAI

If you are deleting all of the content from your AskAI, it may be quicker and easier just to delete the AskAI and start again.

Or follow our step-by-step instructions below

1. Open the Dashboard: myaskai.com/ask-ai-dashboard

2. Click "Open AskAI" on the AskAI you'd like to delete or remove content from

1. Click the Trash can icon on the content you want to delete.

1. Continue selecting all the pieces of content you want to delete.

1. Once you have selected all the files you want removed, click the "Delete x selected files" button. Your files will then start being removed and you can continue using your AskAI!
