How much content can I add to a single AskAI?
There is no limit to the amount of content you can add to an AskAI.
Is there a 'best' way to upload FAQ content?
If you have the time, we would recommend uploading FAQ content as CSV using our template: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1G7QlHFK1tAUsoz0f8xaxewemPm5tFH8-EqBRnO4PfP8/edit#gid=699487944, with each cell in the content column representing one question and answer pairing we also have a video that may help: https://youtu.be/om4Nf5zO6d8.
What happens when I delete content?
When you delete content, that "knowledge" is removed immediately from your AskAI, it will no longer be able to answer questions on that content (and we remove it from our databases too).
How do content limits work?
The content limits you see are:
The limits across the entire account (there are no AskAI-level content limits).
The limit is at any one time, so you can delete and re-upload as many times as you wish, as long as the total content never exceeds the limit.
Adding websites
Do I have to upload one link at a time?
You can upload multiple links via our bulk upload functionality (using this template: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LroskZ3To4bNQLDQkCW09XXIk1lYOivbKhkkn1Rb_yI/edit#gid=141114797) at once to save you a lot of clicking, or you can upload via API using our content upload API.
If all the pages are from the same site you can use our Add Entire Site feature.
How many web pages are on my site?
As simple a question as that sounds, it is a very hard problem to work out unless you have a good sitemap!
The way our Add an entire site (crawl) feature works is that it keeps looking for pages that are linked together until it can find no more pages. It will look for 500 at a time until it can find no more. We can’t guarantee however that we will be able to add every page.
The only way to ensure this is if you tell us all of your webpages and then upload using our bulk upload CSV, which you can find here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LroskZ3To4bNQLDQkCW09XXIk1lYOivbKhkkn1Rb_yI/edit#gid=141114797

Adding files or documents
What type of files can I add?
You can add PDF, Doc and Txt file types. These can be up to 25Mb each in size, unless you are uploading from a Google Drive, in which case the limit is 10Mb.

You can also bulk add a list of URLs of websites or files you have hosted already.
