How to change the email address associated with your My AskAI account

Sign in with Google

Sign in with your original email address, return to the home page of AskAI, select the ‘Free’ plan then sign in with your new Google account.

Or follow our step-by-step instructions below

1. Go to your dashboard https://myaskai.com/ask-ai-dashboard

2. Click "Account Settings"

1. Click the email field with your current email in it, then edit it to your new email.

1. Click "Change my email"

1. You'll now be sent a confirmation email link, so navigate to your inbox and click the confirmation link, this will re-open My AskAI.

2. To confirm your email has been updated click "Account Settings"
